The elegant façade of Cornwall Terrace is one of the finest examples of London’s historic architectural heritage. The Grade I listed terrace epitomises the refined and classic aesthetic of the Regency period, with its regal architectural features. Cornwall Terrace, an integral part of Regent’s Park, was built between 1820 and 1823.

Imperium Building Systems were awarded the contract to create a fully integrated smart home automation solution for this prestigious property.  Utilising the latest in home technology standards Imperium delivered a state of the art KNX system providing a seamless and intuitive experience for the home owner, whilst ensuring that the property remains comfortable and energy efficient.

To ensure easy operation and interaction with the property Ekinex EP2 room controllers were fitted, making it simple for the home owner to set their comfort levels at the press of a button, with heating and cooling systems being intelligently managed by the controls interface supplied and engineered by Imperium.
