We are currently looking to fill a unique and exciting role, supporting our Service & Projects teams. The Service/Technical Support Engineer will provide a follow on support service, both remotely and onsite, to our Projects team, and will work closely with our Service team to ensure that our installed systems are free from defects, operating optimally, and are properly handed across for ongoing annual maintenance and support.
About the job role
The correct candidate will be an experienced BMS Engineer, trained and competent in Tridium Niagara N4 systems, with a customer focussed approach and outlook. This is a role that will continue to grow as the business does, and will have great opportunities for career growth and promotion if the candidate desires.
Do you have the following:
- Tridium Niagara N4 training and experience (essential)
- Trend experience (not essential)
- North Building Technologies experience (not essential)
- Good HVAC and plant knowledge
- Great people skills and a desire to help clients
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- A desire to work with one of the most exciting companies in the industry
