A stunning super-prime development in the Belgravia district, close to Buckingham Palace. The project consists of 12 residential units finished to impeccable standards, with communcal facilities including spa, gym, pool and meeting rooms.
Imperium Building Systems were contracted to develop a fully integrated, intelligent Home Automation solution to manage the extensive Crestron AV and environmental controls infrastructure throughout the 12 residential units. A significant undertaking and one that required our considerable experience and expertise to achieve a successful outcome for the scheme.
The team at Imperium manufactured all control panels and systems at their in-house technology centre, ensuring that the required quality standards could be met. The final result was a solution that provides complete control and integration of the following services:
- Heat Interface Units (HIU)
- Air Conditioning (AC)
- Zoned Under-floor Heating (UFH) with local room setpoint adjusters
- Crestron AV
- Energy Monitoring
With all control options also presented to the residents via the Crestron touch panel displays, users enjoy seamless and intuitive control over all of the services within their property.
